Open your administrator session on Windows, click on the Start menu, go to System Settings to access the Accounts settings.
In the Account Settings window, go to the menu dedicated to Family and other users. Microsoft offers a feature to Add a member to your family, but this is especially for younger users that parents can fit in.
Prefer the option Add another user on this PC, which is presented in section b.
You should now be in front of the new user creation window. Fill in the person's name, secure the account with a password if necessary, and click Next.
When the machine is restarted, Windows should display in the login window the new user(s) that have been added. The first time a user logs in to a new account, he or she will have to configure his or her Windows session with all the settings screens that are found after a new installation of Windows, or the first time a new PC is started.
